Returns
Goods may only be returned to for a full refund or exchange if they are faulty. You must notify us via email atleast 24 hours prior to returning any goods. Buyer is responsible for any charges incurred returning goods to us.

Delivery Costs

Delivery charges for each product are clearly laid out in the shopping cart. For purchases of multiple items Shakti ecommerce system will automatically combine all the delivery prices to create a sub total. Delivery prices are calculated by weight, we think this makes it fairer for you as you only pay what it actually costs us.
